All of the data Lugo collects is immediately encrypted and any linkage from its original owner is removed, not even Lugo's team will be able to track this data back to who provided it. Lugo uses state of the art encryption approaches to mask each image ever collected, if someone did manage to get past our security, they would only see thousands of identical random images.

Too many social networks out there grab user data in exchange of free services, and it is not always clear what is actually being collected. At Lugo we reward our users by valuing their privacy and their contribution to the initiatives proposed by taking a percentage of our revenues and giving it back to the users, this aims to create a positive circle of rewards and valuable contributions.

Lugo currently only operate in the European Union, you have to be a citizen of any of its members to sign-up.

Absolutely! Anyone can sign up as a partner on Lugo's dedicated platform, create an initiative, add collaborators and after our team assessed it, it will appear in the users app and start collecting data. 

Lugo's technologies have been natively built to scale, the tech team spent a lot of time making sure on-boarding new clients and users will never be an issue.

It depends on the number of entries and validation that we will need to apply, the average initiative runs between 1 and 3 months.
