Michael Brian
Founder & CEO
Michael is a first-year at the London School of Economics and Political Science studying international relations and Russian. He spends his summers at Harvard University as part of a dual degree in medicine. Past experience includes working as an advisor to the Secretary of State for Health and as a co-found of FaceX, an AI platform used to detect early onset of Parkinson's.
Phoebe Powrie
Strategy and Marketing manager
Phoebe is a graduate from the University of Warwick where she has proven her administrative and marketing skills in multiple occasion and various projects.
Her passion and communication skills helped Lugo grow by establishing solid user acquisition strategies and clients' relationships.
Massimo Vlacancich
CTO
Massimo graduated from the University of York in 2019 in Electronics Engineering with a master in Financial technologies.
Between 2015 and 2020 he has run 3 successful startups and took part to multiple entrepreneurial projects.
He's now a full time associate in the algorithmic trading division of Morgan Stanley and author of multiple courses on Web3 and blockchain.
